Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard to protect client sites across industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will perform safety procedures, monitor access, and respond to incidents with composure.

Candidates should meet minimum requirements, pass background and drug screens, and have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years' verifiable experience). Driving positions require a valid license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required under federal, state, and local laws; Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter; environments may vary by site.
