Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Guard Patrol Response in Winchester, KY to ensure safety and customer service at a healthcare manufacturing location. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to emergencies while upholding our integrity-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/locality.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a healthcare manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Report security-related concerns and hazards to leadership and site management per procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a healthcare manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, maintaining required access and activity records.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.


• Report security-related concerns, facility hazards, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
