GDI, Inc. is seeking a responsible security guard to help ensure safety at our facilities. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, and reliable, with prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement.

You will monitor premises to prevent theft and incidents, complete detailed reports, inspect doors and gates, perform routine patrols, warn violators, and coordinate with emergency personnel when needed. Proficiency with security software and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to stand and/or walk assigned patrols.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present professional appearance at all times.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions.
• Fill out reports with a high level of detail.
• Review reports and communicate effectively.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Report facility issues such as fire hazards or leaks.
• Coordinate with emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Annotate events using the provided software.
• Conduct regular patrols around the property.
• Work as part of a team.
