This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and utility customers; verifying access authorization; and directing individuals to appropriate offices or service areas.
• Operate the front desk in accordance with site-specific procedures, including maintaining visitor records, issuing temporary access credentials, and receiving deliveries and incoming communications.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems as assigned; promptly report unusual activity, access concerns, or equipment issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established utility location procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Support a professional, orderly front-desk environment by answering phones, providing basic site information, and documenting security-related activities in required logs or reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
