• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures, maintaining a professional presence near sensitive financial information.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document observations as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports in line with Allied Universal procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, maintaining a professional presence in areas that may contain sensitive financial information.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
