Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver to protect clients across aerospace/defense sites. The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to explore shifts via our Claim a Shift platform.

A valid driver’s license is required for vehicle operation and patrols. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a construction site by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of construction areas, access points, boundaries, and parking to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access for authorized personnel, deliveries, vehicles, and contractors per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations, and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating with leadership and site representatives.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a major aerospace and defense project location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense construction location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of construction areas, access points, perimeter boundaries, parking areas, and temporary facilities to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access for authorized personnel, deliveries, vehicles, and contractors in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access records while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
