Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per law.
• Drug screen will be conducted per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and report observations promptly to appropriate store leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and relevant observations accurately in required reports and logs.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
