How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a residential condominium location.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain visitor records, and communicate entry procedures professionally.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report security‑related conditions, unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to property management and Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, visitor logs, package records, and other front desk records in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
