Job Description

As a Security Guard in Richmond, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Hourly Pay Rate: $13.13 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses when necessary.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Undergo a background check compliant with all laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Pass a drug screening, as permitted by law.
• State and local licensing requirements may apply and must be met prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
