The position requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and compliance with company policies. Schedule is Monday through Friday with early morning shifts; pay is hourly with comprehensive benefits and growth

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report security concerns.
• Complete activity logs and communicate pertinent information to site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Guard Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.39 / Hour

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, or security-related concerns.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
