POSITION: Security Guard Manager

COMPENSATION: ENTER THE FLSA STATUS (EXEMPT SALARIED / NON-EXEMPT HOURLY) $45/hourly Part time

REPORTS TO: Community Manager

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to support the safety and security of our student housing community. The Security Officer will maintain a visible presence on the property, monitor access, conduct routine patrols, and respond to incidents in a courteous and timely manner. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the security guard on duty
