Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed using reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and logs per site requirements.

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution center.
• Control access to the location by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and documenting visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
