Security Guard

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with Independence Excavating? We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible security presence to deter and detect any potential security threats or issues.
• Greet and assist visitors and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Conduct checks and screenings to ensure compliance with site security protocols.
• Collaborate with airport security to maintain a coordinated security effort.
• Enforce site policies and regulations to maintain order and safety.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities.

Do you have what it takes?

• Capable of successfully completing background check
• Previous experience in event security or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old
