As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol in Lincoln, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Tue 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wed 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Thur 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized entry, hazardous conditions, and equipment or property concerns, then report observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery access procedures while maintaining professional communication and accurate activity documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
