Job summary

Allied Universal nationwide leader in security and facility services seeks a Security Guard Full Time Reception Security in Orlando, FL. You will manage front desk operations, greet tenants and visitors, and monitor access to maintain a safe, welcoming environment at a commercial real estate location.

As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will respond to incidents calmly, follow procedures, and uphold a people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and/or vendor records.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency and escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in the lobby while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a positive tenant and visitor experience.

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:
