Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Monitor building lobby access and verify visitor information.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and key logs per location procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with responders.
• Assist with front desk communications, including phones, deliveries, and reporting issues.

Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Monitor access to the building lobby, verify visitor information, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building services.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, package, and/or key logs in accordance with location procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with front desk communications, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and reporting unusual activity or facility concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
