As a Security Guard Full Time Front Desk Credential Processing in Concord, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will be the welcoming presence for visitors and employees, supporting access control, badge processes, and professional communication. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive observation, prompt response to security-related concerns, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a financial institution front desk while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, verify appointments and credentials, issue visitor access materials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and available security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and communicate clearly with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
