Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Driverin Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a caring environment while working with an agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements; report unusual conditions and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
