Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitors and deliveries per procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol findings accurately and report to site management.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol findings, and unusual activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
