Allied Universal in Donna, TX is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide armed patrol and customer service at an assigned site. The role offers reliable hours with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $14.00 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and potential to increase earnings by taking additional shifts. Must have an armed guard card or license and a valid driver’s license; CPR and other licenses are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and delivery activity for unusual conditions; document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and policy violations.
• Maintain required armed-post qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal, client, and applicable legal requirements.

As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Driver in Donna, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun02:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
