Allied Universal is hiring a **Full-Time Security Officer** for a critical role at the **Conagra campus** , located at **1 Conagra Drive, Omaha, NE** . This position offers a premium pay rate and is ideal for candidates with a technical background and strong customer service skills.

**Position Details:**

+ **Pay Rate:** $24.50 per hour

+ **Employment Type:** Full-Time

+ **Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Afternoon/Evening)

+ **Location:** Conagra Facility – Omaha, NE

+ **Weekly Pay**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide site safety and security for a large commercial facility

+ Operate and monitor security systems and access control points

+ Assist employees and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

+ Perform patrols and respond to security concerns as needed

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols

**Required Qualifications:**

+ **Third Grade Stationary Engineer City License (Omaha)**

+ 1–2 years of relevant work experience

+ Ability to lift 20 lbs and remain on foot for extended periods

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet for reporting and monitoring

**Preferred Skills:**

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Detail-oriented and dependable in high-visibility roles

+ Familiarity with safety protocols in commercial or industrial environments

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
