Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard- Data Center - Flex Officer for North Phoenix, AZ (ZIP 85083). The role offers 12-hour shifts, day or overnight, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months security experience, Arizona guard card and a valid Arizona driver’s license, and are comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods. Benefits include health insurance and 401k for full-time roles.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Security Guard- Data Center - Flex Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Position Type: Flex, with ability to pick up additional shifts.

Pay Rate: $23.00 an hour

Site Location: North Phoenix, 85083

Shift hours: 5am - 5pm (Day shift) OR 5pm - 5am (Overnight shift)

12-hour shifts

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona drivers license for over one year - with a clean driving record
• Active Arizona guard card
• Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
• Work Outside in the Element

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
