Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard to protect client sites in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. You will perform safety procedures, follow site policies, and assist with emergency responses as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with access control, alarm panels, and badge management, plus comfort using computers/tablets and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Valid driver's license as per AU Driver Policy.
• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Experience with alarm panel systems, including installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using computers or tablets and digital tools.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter.
