Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Kansas City, MO. This role emphasizes customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests across shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Two shifts are available: Part-Time Fri–Sat 3rd shift and Full-Time Sun–Thu 3rd shift, both 11:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service such as welcoming visitors and guiding them
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors


• Manage access control


• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks


• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs


• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams


• Answer questions in person or by phone


• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns


• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED


• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills


• Previous customer service experience preffered


• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!


• You have a state license if required
