Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors; verify identity and assist as needed.
• Manage access control for the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents; provide first aid and coordinate with emergencies.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Prepare and submit incident reports; communicate concerns.
• Protect people and property from harm.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
