Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Guard Checkpoint Operations in ROGERS, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor visitor and employee activity, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage facility by verifying credentials, documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery entry and exit activity, and directing individuals according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
