Job summary

Allied Universal in Seattle, WA is seeking a Security Guard to protect client sites across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government and more. You will deliver safety procedures, enforce site policies, and respond to incidents with calm and clear communication.

The role requires at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), a high school diploma or 5 years’ verifiable experience, and passing background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws; applicable laws followed
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; conditions may vary by client site
