As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your role will involve monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries, all while maintaining a high level of customer service and communication. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining visible and attentive at your post. This is an armed position, requiring an Armed Guard Card or License and at least six months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience. Pay Rate: $20.06 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day	Time
Fri	03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sat	03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and site activities.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with general inquiries related to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Must have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
