As a bSecurity Guard Armed Patrol Driverb in bLillington, NCb, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations, and provide professional customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeWed05:45 PM - 06:00 AMSun05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government corrections location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, perimeter areas, and access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor and control entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required, maintain awareness of restricted areas, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions, while maintaining professional communication with onsite personnel and responding agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
