• Ensure the safety and security of assigned premises.
• Verify identification documents and entry/exit permits for personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, offices, and surrounding areas.
• Protect company assets and property from loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Control and direct vehicle traffic within the site.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, contractors, and vehicle movements.
• Issue visitor passes and manage access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points and allow access only after proper verification.
• Handle lost and found items and maintain proper custody records.
• Report incidents, accidents, emergencies, and security breaches immediately.
• Report utility-related issues such as power outages and water supply problems.
• Comply with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and near-miss incidents.
• Attend required safety and security training sessions.
• Maintain professional conduct and cooperate with company personnel and visitors.
• Ensure all security records, logs, and reports are accurately maintained.
