Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard at the North Phoenix site (ZIP 85083). The role involves protecting clients across various sectors, performing patrols, and maintaining logs and incident reports.

The candidate should be able to work 12-hour day or night shifts and be comfortable outdoors. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, an AZ driver license, and, if required, a guard card.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver license for over one year with a clean driving record.
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols.
• Work outside in the elements.
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
