Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to protect clients across industries at our North Phoenix site. You will perform safety procedures, patrol the premises, and respond to incidents with calm problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has 12+ months of security experience, a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work 12-hour day or overnight shifts, including nights and weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Valid guard card/license if required by Arizona DPS.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols.
• Work outside in the elements.
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by site.
