Job Description

Location: Tracy, CA

Schedule: Flex Position

• Schedule discussed during interview.
• Must have open availability to work any shift on any day.
• Must have Active CA Guard Card and valid California Driver's License.
• Proficient in using technology, skilled at customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Able to be stationary or patrol for long periods in all elements.

Pay: $18.75 / hour

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Environments may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
