Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional security representative with a visible command presence.
• Act as Incident Commander during medical and non-medical emergencies, coordinating response and contacting emergency services.
• Provide lobby security and assist employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and leadership.
• Manage visitor check-in, temporary badges, deliveries, lost-and-found, and front-of-house security tasks.
• Operate Verkada CCTV, access-control, alarm, and badging systems for monitoring and investigations.

The Incident Commander serves as a liaison between the client's security leadership and Surefox regional leadership. This position requires the command presence of a security professional combined with the service mindset of a hospitality professional. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations. Other responsibilities include responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, and handling client requests in a timely manner with an emphasis on customer service. Under certain circumstances, an Incident Commander will be expected to initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues. To be successful in this position, you must be able to handle the physical demands of the role and the activity required as part of the static or foot patrol responsibilities of the various positions.
