Responsibilities

• Patrol transit stations, platforms, vehicles, and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe or disruptive behavior.
• Assist passengers with directions, information, and general support.
• Monitor access points and observe activities to identify safety concerns.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and service calls per protocol.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, transit staff, and local authorities as needed.
• Document incidents accurately and completely.
