Full Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
2. Access Control: Implement and oversee security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
3. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms; provide first aid if necessary.
4. Customer Service: Assist patients and employees, address their concerns, and provide directions as needed.
5. Enforcement: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, pursuant to A.R.S.
• Consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, under A.R.S. 36-2801.10.
• Valid identification required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in security.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 pounds; able to travel between store locations.

• Schedule: Evenings (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm), Overnight Floater (11:00 pm – 7:00 am)

• Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 DOE (Unarmed & Armed pay differences)
