Job summary

By the Sea Resorts seeks a vigilant Security Guard to protect and ensure safety across Panama City Beach properties. The role requires a strong presence, effective communication, and the ability to respond to security incidents quickly.

You will monitor properties, handle alarms, conduct inspections, enforce policies, and document incidents. The position offers weekly pay, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement at a premier resort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a security guard or in a related security role.
• Valid security guard license or certification where applicable.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong observational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
