Job summary

By The Sea Resorts is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to provide protection and ensure the safety of multiple properties across our beautiful Panama City Beach locations. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations.

You will patrol, enforce policies, document incidents, assist guests and staff, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a security guard or in a related security role preferred.
• Valid security guard license or certification where applicable.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong observational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol multiple resort properties to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and assets.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and property to identify potential security risks.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor verification.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and staff with security-related concerns.
