Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Montgomery County, PA is seeking reliable Security Guards to maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role requires strong communication, vigilance, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.

Full-Time & Part-Time shifts are available across days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Prior security or customer-service experience is valued, with CPR certification or security license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol facility grounds and building entrances.
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and security reports accurately.
• Assist with visitor check-in procedures and access control.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with facility safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with facility management and healthcare staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Varied shifts available including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol facility grounds and building entrances
