Pinnacle Summit Solutions, a logistics and transportation company, is hiring a Security Guard in Newark, NJ. As the first line of defense, you will ensure the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position with negotiable salary.

Your daily tasks will include monitoring security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, to ensure they are functioning properly and promptly responding to any alerts. You will also be responsible for patrolling the premises, both during and after business hours, to deter potential intruders and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site. In the event of an emergency, you will be trained to respond appropriately, which may include calling for medical assistance, evacuating individuals, or securing the area until help arrives. Additionally, you will enforce security policies and procedures, such as conducting background checks on visitors and employees, and ensuring that all individuals adhere to the established rules and regulations. You will also interact with visitors and employees, maintaining a safe and secure environment by greeting them, directing them to the appropriate areas, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

You will be part of a dedicated team based in our secure Newark, NJ office, where you will have 24/7 access to the premises. This environment demands a high level of vigilance and responsiveness, as you will be expected to handle sensitive information and maintain a constant state of readiness. The office's security measures ensure that you can perform your duties without unnecessary distractions, allowing you to focus on your tasks and contribute effectively to the team's goals.

The salary for this position is negotiable, taking into account the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
