Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Security Guard to monitor activity, perform rounds, and control access to facilities. The role includes answering after-hours switchboard, inspecting trailers, and ensuring adherence to policy across shifts.

A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required, with English fluency a must. The position offers a base hourly salary around $17.45 and requires flexibility to work Monday through Friday with possible weekend coverage.

Schedule: Wednesday 12:00 am-6:00 am; Thursday-Saturday:6:00 pm-6:00 am

Description

• Monitors plant activity.
• Hourly rounds (checking trailer temps, room temps, and gates).
• Monitor all associates entering and existing building including car traffic.
• Answering switchboard after hours.
• Billing loads.
• Follow and implement company policies.
• Inspect trailers for cleanliness and operability

Qualifications
