What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Complete accurate reports, patrol documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a GSOC or Console Operator preferred
- Aplicants should be profficient using a computer
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
