Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Security GRC in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate policy/audit mandates into actionable controls.
• Experience with global frameworks and regulatory audits.

• Identify and tackle Bridge’s most important security risks quickly and pragmatically.
• Adopt existing programs and develop custom approaches where needed.
• Reinforce secure development and infrastructure practices.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness as the company scales.
