• Leads IT Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program and collaborates with IT Security Leader on risk management culture.
• Leads IT Security Steering Committee and develops governance procedures, policies and awareness.
• Directs internal/external audits and ensures compliance with state and Federal requirements.
• Develops and delivers security training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Advises senior management on security matters and guides risk remediation across IT projects.
