Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Director of Security Governance, Risk & Compliance who will lead the GRC program and partner with the IT Security Leader to manage an organization-wide information risk management and security compliance program. The role includes strategy development, policy, awareness campaigns and coordinating with leadership to align security with business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Law preferred.
• 10+ years of related IT/security experience with 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• >10 years varied IT management experience; 5 years in IT program management, security assessment, administration.
• Healthcare industry experience is essential, with knowledge of patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong skills in project planning, governance, and information security controls.
• Ability to stay current with regulatory requirements and industry practices.

Responsabilidades

• Leads IT Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program.
• Collaborates with IT Security Leader to promote proactive risk management and security best practices.
• Leads IT Security Steering Committee and governs policy, training, and awareness programs.
• Oversees audits and remediation plans; coordinates with stakeholders to implement resolutions.
• Advises senior management on security matters and integrates security into processes and architectures.
• Develops, implements, and maintains IT policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Directs daily work activities and oversees 2–3 direct reports.
• Maintains industry knowledge through workshops, conferences and networks.
