This position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of stadium security. The work involves monitoring fans and specific areas to ensure the safety and security of the facility and guests during events at Lambeau Field.

Job Responsibilities

• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all guests at Lambeau Field.
• Be available for all home Green Bay Packers games, including family night, postseason playoff games, or other events.
• Handle situations involving uncooperative or intoxicated persons.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Be familiar with Lambeau Field game day policies and procedures.
• Be flexible with assigned positions, understanding duties may change based on needs and situations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assist injured or handicapped persons, including use of wheelchairs.
• Experience operating a hand-held radio or portable fire extinguisher is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, or First Responder training is desirable but not required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Work in all-weather conditions, mostly outdoors.
• Reach, bend, twist, and lift frequently.
• Climb stairs as needed.
• Maintain focus on assignments for extended periods.
• Operate in a professional environment.
