Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Desirable master’s degree in related field.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, Lean/Agile).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with MS Office; Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-functional projects aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for delivery success.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with objectives.
• Apply PM tools and templates for consistent execution and reporting.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for timely delivery.
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards.
• Support change management and knowledge sharing.
