Job summary

Additionally, you will contribute to the design, operation, and maintenance of the County’s access control software, supporting a safe and efficient public space.

Qualifications

• One year of college-level coursework in computer science or a closely related field.
• Three years of experience providing computer hardware and software support; certifications may substitute.
• Certifications may substitute for education/experience depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide general software application support for security-related departmental information system activities.
• Train staff in operation of software applications, PC hardware, scanners, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in data retrieval, data validation and data integrity processes.
