Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Patrol in Saint Louis, MO. The role involves patrolling facilities, responding to incidents, and maintaining security across client sites with irregular shift patterns.

Expected pay is $19.92 per hour with a 30–40 hour work week and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates will be reliable, adaptable, and capable of multi-site assignments, with background checks and drug screening as part of employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Armed/unarmed licensing requirements per state.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary according to site orders.
