Payrate: USD $24.00 / hour

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat - Flexible shifts including Day, Swing, and Graveyard

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime, detect and report suspicious or criminal acts, and ensure safety at their assigned posts, which may pose a threat to property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be able to obtain or already possess a CA Guard Card (Powers to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force)
• Open availability to work any shift, any day, including weekends
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with personnel and the public
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as per legal requirements
• Ability to work at multiple locations and cover various shifts and projects
• Willingness to work in various environments and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing stairs
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods on different surfaces
